As a Sr Systems Integration Engineer, you will be using your skills and expertise to define, design, simulate, integrate, test, certify, and support cutting edge products and services. These cover a very wide range from state of the art mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft to orbital and space exploration systems. You’ll be responsible for designing systems to meet demanding customer requirements, developing and building complex systems integration labs to verify the design, and integrate a variety of systems together to create a seamless product for the customer. Must-haves:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Extensive experience working in multidisciplinary design & development teams
- Demonstrated understanding and experience with the practical application of requirements development and management, system design, systems integration, technical risk identification, management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
Preferred:
- Proven successful experience in project definition, simulation, implementation, lab integration and test. Extensive background in assessing and addressing Aerospace and Defense System Complexity and System Integration challenges
- Thorough understanding of establishing, tracking, and addressing key programmatic risks
- Extensive background in assessing and addressing Aerospace and Defense System Complexity and System Integration challenges
- Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military
- Active Top Secret clearance

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $120,552.10 - $165,759.14. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
