Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sourcing and product/service owners to align to customer goals
  • Manage the lifecycle of all vendor contracts: creation, receiving, validation and renewals.
  • Use deep expertise and experience in Operations, Applications, Client Services, Digital Workplace to manage multiple concurrent projects forming a program strategy
  • Ability to lead day-to-day IT operation issues, drive support team to resolution with help from team
  • Development, simplification and control of processes and procedures to ensure effective compliance to organizational policies and goals
  • Manage any IT vendors and coordinate with the global team on standards, initiatives and customer escalations
  • Develop and track comprehensive project plans, perform risk mitigation, issue resolution and manage execution coordinating with GE program, support, architecture, implementation teams and other third-party providers
  • Ensure conformance to all applicable GE standards policies and guidelines
  • Operational reporting/communication, reviews/formulation of corrective actions working directly with stakeholders
  • Leverage your domain expertise; you are expected to further the knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, giving presentations, and supporting a continuous learning culture
  • Use disciplined approaches to monitor team progress via effective information dashboards for program velocity, burn-up, defect tracking, quality and compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT Operations

Note:

The base pay range for this position is $112,000 - $165,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 15th, 2026.
