Skills You Bring To this Role:
· Business Acumen - Understands how business works; acquiring knowledge in current policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the organization.

· Functional/Technical Skills - Basic level of product manufacture, inspection, testing, and inspection technology; acquiring skills in process management, technical specifications, metrology, Six Sigma, regulatory guidelines and the application of Quality Standards
What you Need to Be Successful:
· Education Requirements – Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace degree or related Engineering degree
· At least 2 years experience with Quality showing progressive responsibility
· Experience planning and programming inspections using CMM, laser trackers, 3D scanning, photogrammetry and other metrology tools is required
· Experience capturing an analyzing digital quality data for SPC and Measurement System Analysis preferred
· Ability to travel approximately 10% annually to suppliers in N. America
