JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer

LOCATION: 2702 Love Field Drive Dallas, TX 75235 and Hybrid role, may work from home

DUTIES: Oversee vendor management, partner governance, and oversight to deploy systems that are complete, designed and managed over life cycles; identify problems proactively, plan solutions, recommend software and systems, and coordinate developments in an orderly manner to meet business requirements; monitor and test performance and capacity for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with partners to implement fixes; provide innovative solutions to proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability in order to resolve escalations of high complexity; create the platform strategy and road map in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture; maintain awareness of technology trends in area of responsibility and make appropriate recommendations; meet commitments and deliverables as related to leading projects and or project oversight; develop and execute against solution strategies and business plans that support business expansion; maintain and administer computer and data networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations; and promote adherence to integrated test strategy requirements and quality standards using test driven development principles.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or in a closely related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Network Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 3 years performing:

• AWS Cloud using containers;
• Test data management;
• Kubernetes, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch;
• Java, Java Script (React JS), and Event Driven Application;
• Stream Processing and NO SQL; and
• SAFe agile.

Hybrid role, may work from home.
