Description:This position is in support of the overall IT Infrastructure for Classified IT Operations, with a technology focus on Red Hat Linux and Automation. As an operations team member in the Fort Worth organization, this position successfully applies technology to meet service commitments for our primary internal clients; Lockheed Martin (LM) Aeronautics Business Area (BA) and the Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation organization.

Specifically, the candidate will support Lockheed Martin Aeronautics classified IT infrastructure as well as providing operational, sustainment, and remediation activities to meet customer regulations and compliance directives

This role will drive the implementation of automated IT management solutions and support the IT infrastructure hosting digital thread solutions.

Additionally, this role will carry responsibility for the implementation of all solutions required for JSIG compliance, which is a prerequisite for customer granted ATOs.
Basic Qualifications:
•Must have an Active TS clearance
•Must be a U.S. Citizen
•Must be able to obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification or Higher DoD 8572 qualified certificate within the first 60 days of employment
•Minimum of 3-5 years of Software Development, System Administration or Software Automation experience
•Solid understanding of RHEL Operating systems.
•Experience working in air-gapped environments
•Experience with languages/tools such as Java, shell scripting and command line
•Familiar with networking, storage, and compute technologies
•Basic understanding of VMware
Desired Skills:
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
- Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA)
•Agile software development experience and familiarity with Agile tools (Jira)
•Software architecture experience
•Full understanding of and experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
•Familiarity with PaaS and IaaS on Linux or Windows platforms
•Proficient with Ansible/Puppet automation and Git/GitLab
•Solid understanding of security hardening requirements
• Experience with configuration management platforms (Ansible, SCCM/MECM, Chef, Puppet, etc.)
• Experience with Infrastructure as code (IaC) platforms (Terraform, Vagrant, Saltstack, etc.)
• Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) Requirements and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Implementation
• Experience with application container technologies (i.e., Docker, LXC, Hyper-V Containers, Windows Server Containers, etc.)
• Experience with container orchestration technologies and platforms (i.e., Kubernetes (K8s), Docker Swarm, OpenShift, etc.)
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and private/on-prem cloud infrastructure (i.e., OpenStack, NSX, vCloud, vRealize, Azure Stack, AWS Outpost)
• TS/SCI Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
