* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* A minimum of 10+ years of experience performing complex engineering or system integration work.
* A minimum of 7+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects.
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
* A minimum of 9+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen. Professional Attributes

* A minimum of 7+ years of experience with transport category aircraft, including Boeing 7-Series or McDonnell Douglas aircraft.
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience with U.S. and/or foreign aircraft certification and regulatory processes.
* A minimum of 14+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Certification and/or experience working with FAA regulations and Regulatory Administration.
* Project management experience, including familiarity with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or ANSI/PMI standards.
* Ability to analyze, understand, organize, and communicate complex technical concepts across multiple disciplines.
* Experience leading major design changes through multiple phases of the product and certification lifecycle. Job Duties & Functions
* Lead special projects and initiatives to advance systems maturity toward type certification and entry into service.
* Develop integrated plans, establish and lead teams, and monitor technical developments throughout certification and program lifecycles.
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, regulators, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
* Manage risks and opportunities while supporting cross-functional and integrated product team issues.
* Lead detailed investigations to ensure system integration, compliance with requirements, and mitigation of technical risks.
