Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent directly related field
* 15+ years of experience performing complex engineering or systems integration work
* 8+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects
* 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Must be a U.S. Citizen Preferred Skills
* 10+ years of experience with transport aircraft, Boeing 7-series aircraft, and/or McDonnell Douglas aircraft
* 5+ years of experience with U.S. and/or foreign aircraft certification and regulatory processes
* Experience leading major design changes through multiple phases of the product and certification lifecycle
* Experience working with FAA regulations and regulatory administration
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMBOK framework experience Job Duties & Functions
* Lead systems integration projects supporting 777-9 certification and entry into service through integrated planning aligned with safety, cost, schedule, and certification constraints
* Define, decompose, and maintain system requirements, including traceability, verification planning, and configuration control across system boundaries
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical integration issues and ensure subsystem and supplier interface compatibility
* Perform system architecture trade studies to optimize safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, affordability, and certification compliance
* Identify, assess, and manage technical risks, issues, and opportunities while developing mitigation strategies
* Lead verification and validation activities and technical investigations to support regulatory compliance and certification closure
* Communicate technical strategy, tradeoffs, and status updates with internal and external stakeholders, including IPT teams, leadership, suppliers, and regulators
