Description:This L-Coded position is with the Mission Control Systems (MCS) Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) team in Fort Worth, Tx. The Mission Planning (MP) Software Test Associate manager will lead a team of engineers responsible for Mission Planning Environment (MPE) Hardware/Software integration testing, information systems security interface, and Production Operations Support. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the MPE software is compatible with new and existing hardware, resolution of Action Requests (AR’s), maintaining security protocol compliance of lab and fielded hardware/software, development of MPE-Infrastructure, and delivering Mission Data Loads (MDL’s) to the Ft. Worth production operations team for aircraft selloff.

Responsibilities of this position will include both program execution (cost, schedule, and technical performance) as well as functional L-code responsibilities (employee recruitment, labor planning, performance assessments), promotion of agile development, leading change actions, ensuring engineering and program management process execution, and supporting the reward systems through active feedback mechanisms.

Candidate must be eligible to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) clearances and must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Team Leadership Experience

Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret and SAP Clearances

Previous experience working in a development environment
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated innovation and continuous improvement of management and engineering process methodologies
Proven communication skills, presentation skills, team building and ability to work effectively within a team environment

Customer engagement experience
Experience with control account management, project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Experience with Windows servers setup and security administration

Experience with the design, development, test, deployment and/or use of Mission Planning related software

F-35 Mission Planning or Mission Systems experience

F-35 OMS/MPE or ALIS System Administration experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
