The primary responsibilities of this position are to be part of the Aeronautics Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (EEE) Control Account Management (CAM) Team and support the staff of EEE engineers.

In the CAM Role, this person will be responsible for tracking Earned Value Management System (EVMS) performance associated with assigned control accounts within the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM) Line of Business (LOB), Integrated Fighter Group LOB, F-35 LOB, and Advanced Development Programs (ADP) LOB. This person will be responsible for providing a consolidated view of all EVMS items (cost, schedule and technical alignment). They will be responsible for understanding all scheduled tasks (IMS and internal dates) within the team and work with the technical team to help with mitigation efforts for critical path items. CAM activities include coordinate/lead contracts updates, aid in generating new business proposals, and establishing the teams program management baseline for newly awarded scope.

In addition to the CAM role, this position will support the EEE Staff with Charge Line/Internal Order Management. He/she must have the ability to integrate with multiple IPT tasks across the program to help support the EEE Engineers. This may include supporting technical coordination meetings, coordinating root cause investigations, and working with our partner/FMS representatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking and business acumen skills, be highly collaborative, exhibit exceptional organizational skills, demonstrate proactive thinking, operate autonomously as appropriate, and produce superior work products under short deadlines. Candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in an Engineering technical discipline.

Project Engineering/program management experience.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
- Systems Engineering experience
- Experience with large scale, complex military -
programs.
- Control Account Management experience
- Experience performing data and root cause analysis
- Must have excellent organizational, analytical, presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
