Description:This Lockheed Martin (LM) Corporate Technical Operations (CTO) position is for a VoIP / VTC and Network Systems Analyst supporting the Orlando Classified IT (CIT) team in Orlando, Florida. This CTO position will support classified Lockheed Martin networks. CIT is the Lockheed Martin corporate-wide network team that enables real-time development and demonstration of advanced, integrated technology concepts and solutions. This professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin networks and IT systems are managed, controlled, and updated in a manner consistent with both Lockheed Martin and DoD policies and procedures. This includes routine updates, major upgrades, and on-going maintenance and support of the VoIP / VTC environment, network switches, encryptors, firewalls, etc. All work must be performed on-site, including some off-shift hours, weekends and occasional travel. The position also supports a 24 X 7 weekly on-call rotation schedule.

Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sustainment of Lockheed Martin classified systems.
Serving as a VoIP / VTC and Network Analyst for the Service Delivery team.

Coordinating VoIP / network equipment and cable infrastructure installations, configurations and administrations duties.

Generating system documentation including: Diagrams, Rack Elevations, Plate/Panel Details, Electrical load specification.

Troubleshooting both LM and industry partner designated program equipment and supporting VoIP and network equipment.

Working with customers and internal personnel to manage related IT projects and provide customer service and technical support.

Providing tiered troubleshooting within the scope of a Problem Management and Network Management System.

Assisting with maintaining CIT and 3rd party VoIP / Network Equipment Configurations and Infrastructure Topology.

Updating Maintenance procedures for CIT.

Performing Adds, moves, and changes on the CIT VoIP and network environment.

Updating SOIs for CIT environment.

Configuring and maintaining VoIP / VTC applications, switches, firewalls, encryptors, and servers.

Limited travel may be required.

This position will support 1st shift of the CIT with possibility to support other shifts.

The position requires an active DoD Secret security clearance, last periodic review (PR) must be within the last 6 years.

Must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
Basic Qualifications:
• US Citizenship is required for this facility
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
• Must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certifications (i.e. Security +, CISSP, CASP)
• 3+ years VoIP Admin and/or Network systems Experience, including installations, configuration, troubleshooting and network design.
• Experience with network virtualization concepts
• Firewall experience (Preferably Palo Alto)
• Strong understanding of encryption protocols
• Experience with Linux Operating Systems
• Experience applying DISA STIGs
• Experience with VoIP / VTC virtualization technologies and/or Network systems (Preferably CUCM, CMS, TMS, CMM, Palo Alto Networks FW, NSX, ACI, TACLANE Network Encryption)
Desired Skills:
• Experience with network virtualization technologies (Preferably NSX-V or NSX-T)
• Strong understanding of encryption protocols
• Firewall experience (Preferably Palo Alto)
• Experience with SD-WAN Technology
• Experience with network virtualization technologies (NSX-T, Cisco ACI)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
