We are currently recruiting for a permanent Systems Engineer based in Fareham, for a leading aerospace company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking engineering team working on advanced technology projects in a secure and collaborative environment.
Role Highlights:
- Develop and implement systems engineering solutions across the full product lifecycle
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant embedded system designs
- Capture and manage engineering requirements, verification planning, and risk mitigation
- Contribute to technical reviews, optimisation, and project delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science
- Experience across the full systems engineering lifecycle
- Understanding of aircraft systems, certification standards, and modelling techniques
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- UK or EU nationality required (due to project and security requirements)
- Must have a understanding in Electronics / Systems and Software
Salary & Benefits:
- 45,000 to 55,000 per annum
