Role Summary
* In this role, you will support system architecture, design, integration, and test activities across the full systems engineering lifecycle. You will contribute to the technical success of power conversion and distribution systems by supporting requirements analysis, design development, verification, validation, and documentation while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
* A minimum of 4 years of prior related systems engineering experience.
* Experience with system integration and test activities.
* Experience supporting system requirements analysis, architecture, and design.
* Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
* Ability to work under general supervision to set objectives and complete assigned tasks.
* U.S. Citizenship. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* Experience using DOORS for requirements management.
* Model-Based Systems Engineering experience using SysML.
* AGILE development experience. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Develop technical documentation, including architectural drawings, design specifications, implementation instructions, test procedures, and test reports.
* Support system requirements analysis, system architecture and design, preliminary design, and critical design activities.
* Assist with system integration, formal verification, formal validation, and fielding support.
* Support requirements analysis using DOORS, UML, SysML, and other systems engineering practices.
* Contribute to milestone completion and gate review activities.
* Support technical planning, cost analysis, and risk analysis for total systems.
* Maintain compliance with applicable engineering standards and processes.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead or support small task teams to complete work on schedule and within budget.
