We are seeking a Part-Time Systems Integration and Test Sr. Staff to provide support and guidance for the Global Position System (GPS) Assembly, Test, & Launch Operations (ATLO) team. This position will focus on overall IPT function and transition into a fixed priced contract mindset.
Summary of Key Duties for this position:
• Support ME, MRP, Logistics, property and Transport teams and ensure readiness for SV assembly, test and support Single Line Flow (SLF) as well as Launch Operations
• Support Mechanical teams and ensure readiness for SV assembly, test and support Single Line Flow (SLF) as well as Launch Operations
• Work closely with all GPS ATLO Leadership to ensure tie-in to IMS and supplemental schedules to ensure team readiness
• Collaborate with Leaders, planning and Vehicle Leads to ensure resources per schedule is ready and available
• Understand and lead team activity for ATLO SLF
• Review all applicable Space Command Media to ensure compliance
Basic Qualifications:
• Direct Experience with Assembly, Testing, and Launch Operations
• Strong knowledge with Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Production Orders (PO), Material Demand, MRP operations and floor operations
• Familiarity with GPS SLF
Desired Skills:
• Understand EVM and CAM efforts
• Program knowledge
• Experience with transporting Space Vehicles
• Experience with both Electrical and Mechanical operations
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Part-Time as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
