You will be leading team members to ensure a quality Industrialization package is provided to Production, on time and budget. Lead and train the Team members to work on process & design to reduce flow time and man-hours. Lead the Team to create digital instructions, plans, tooling and production processes to most efficiently produce all aircraft components. You will support Production activities in all aspects of the Manufacturing Engineering function as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES ? TECHNICAL
- Responsible for ensuring a quality Industrialization package is provided to Production, on time and budget
- Have an understanding of, and define, the responsibilities of all duties of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer, the
Manufacturing Engineer, and the Associate Manufacturing Engineer
- Work in a collaborative process with Engineering, Production, Manufacturing and Program Management to achieve
goals and objectives. Oftentimes required to manage changes from Engineering or Production
- Confers with management, Engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules,
and other considerations to facilitate production processes
- Manage budget and ME cost

- Propose process improvements to decrease costs & flow, specify design improvements to reduce manufacturing costs

- Resolving problems following the companies established Policies and Procedures
- Ensures all evaluations are written and submitted in a timely manner to the department manager
