Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the departmental system complies with CAAM rules and regulations, and CAMO policies.
Verify the adequacy of the department to meet the requirements of QA department and CAAM.
Verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the departmental procedures.
Ensure effective and efficient liaison with the CAAM on matters related to continuing airworthiness, interpretation of regulations, policies, procedures, and maintenance of certification data and certification checklist.
Ensure the departmental manual is prepared and updated as required.
Provide assistance to Technical Services Manager during audit conducted by the QA department and the CAAM.
Participate in any of the company’s program which is related to airworthiness and departmental system.
Responsible to undertake the necessary corrective and preventive action resulting from compliance monitoring and audit program findings.
Monitor and manage corrective and preventive actions due to an audit and ensure the implementation.
Liaison with vendors and OEMs.
Prepare and check engineering documents for modification and repair.
Any other relevant duty as assigned by the superior.
Qualification and Minimum Experience Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace or any relevant Engineering disciplines from recognized institutions.
Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience on Airbus aircraft, with preference given to candidates with experience in project management, research and projects development, or participation in organizing community works.

Advantage to candidates with:
- Knowledge of Aircraft Avionics, Power Plant, Cabin Interiors, Systems, MPD & MEL.
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (CAAM/EASA/FAA).
