Job Description:

Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements defined in SAESAs Quality and Safety Management Systems, the OEM manuals, as well as customer specifications and the applicable regulatory authority standards, the Technical Support Engineer has the following responsibilities:
- To contribute to corporate objectives by ensuring technical mastery of the production lines, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations, and achieving flawless production through engineering dispositions, while maintaining a cost-reduction mindset and improving the collection and feedback of Retex to the industrialization team.
Job Requirements:

The Technical Support Engineer shall meet the following requirements:

Technical

* Analysis and interpretation of technical information.
* Special processes and manufacturing processes.
* Interpretation of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
* Experience in production support.
* Quality management systems and tools (PQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA).
* Problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, RPO, etc.).
* General knowledge of engine performance.
* Project planning.
* Turbomachinery repair analysis.
* Interpretation and analysis of technical manuals.
