What You Will Do
Execute repair maintenance, troubleshooting, and modification of engine parts in accordance with workshop procedures.
Carry out cross-functional tasks within repair operations, specializing in one or more areas such as Sheet Metal, Welding, Machining, Bonding, Fiberglass, Plasma Spray, or Painting.
Support production linearity efforts, workshop setup, housekeeping, and other assigned activities to ensure efficient operations.
Assist the Cell Leaders and Assistant Foremen in daily operations to achieve production targets and meet corporate objectives.
Maintain and manage operational tooling and fixtures to ensure readiness and compliance.
Perform SAP transactions, including updating and modifying work orders as required.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of repair work and related activities.
Execute daily tasks in compliance with Quality procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Actively participate in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have
NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Min 2 years of relevant experience hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Sheet Metal, Welding, Machining, Bonding, Fiberglass, Plasma Spray, or Painting.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on in approach.
Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems.
Experience in disassembly, assembly, inspection or repair in the aerospace industry.
Familiarity with aircraft engine workshop practices and module operation procedures.
