Starting Pay : $52.69 per hour

We are seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing our testing capabilities—ensuring the highest standards of performance, safety, and quality. What You’ll DoSupport the development and verification of test methods to meet program objectives.
Create detailed test procedures, instrumentation setups, and configuration definitions to minimize risk and ensure accuracy.
Design test hardware, software, and systems to achieve requirements using advanced analytical tools.
Review and analyze test data—including off-nominal results—for accuracy, quality, and fidelity before delivery.
Prepare, publish, and present test reports to document and communicate results.
Collaborate across engineering teams to coordinate project schedules, track parts, and sequence work toward key milestones.
Implement project controls, including risk and cost management strategies.
Mentor and train others to strengthen team capabilities.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
Significant project management experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts.
Strong facilitation, teaming, and communication skills.
Demonstrated expertise in project management best practices.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aerospace testing environments.
Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration systems, and test data analysis.

Pay Details: $52.69 per hour
