The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager to join our team in Berkeley, MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Electrical Fabrication, Assembly, and Lab/Flight Test Technicians in support of Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons programs.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Manage employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manage, develop and motivate employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years of experience in a lead role as either a team-builder or a team-leader
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with Lean+ and/or Lean 5S
- Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience working with business partners to shift left and improve design requirements
- Test and evaluation experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment

Summary pay range: $129,200 – $174,800
