* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
* 5+ years of experience with flight test principles or direct support of flight test operations
* 5+ years of experience in planning and conducting system-level lab, ground, or flight testing
* 100+ hours of control room experience as a Test Conductor
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience with electrical systems, hardware, and software integration
* Experience in computer networking systems, with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in aerospace software and hardware environments
* Knowledge of network or systems testing and verification
* Telecommunications experience in cellular, SATCOM, ground servers for SATCOM, or Wi-Fi
* Experience in systems engineering, including requirements development, functional decomposition, allocation, integration, analysis, and verification
* Familiarity with engineering processes and methods
* Knowledge of FAA certification processes
* Experience supporting system integration during an airplane development program
* Experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams and customers, both internal and external
* Demonstrated project management skills in a fast-paced, highly integrated environment
* Experience with Model-Based Development tools
