* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
* 9+ years of experience in engineering or equivalent flight test-related experience
* 5+ years of experience in planning and conducting system-level lab, ground, or flight testing
* 100+ hours of control room experience as a test conductor
* Experience with flight test principles and execution support activities
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languagePreferred Skills
* 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 5+ years of experience performing tactical aircraft flight testing (planning or execution)
* 5+ years of experience interfacing with customers and senior program leadership
* 5+ years of experience developing test points from system requirements, test planning, execution, and reportingJob Duties & Functions
* Support development and verification of test methods for flight test operations
* Develop detailed test procedures and instrumentation configurations for safe and effective execution
* Perform planning and execution of aircraft ground and flight test activities
* Review test data for accuracy, quality, and validity prior to customer delivery
* Prepare and publish test reports documenting results and compliance with requirements
* Present test results to internal stakeholders and program teams
* Archive test data and reports in accordance with program requirements
