The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Unlicenced Aircraft Engineer to be responsible for conducting all maintenance tasks on Draken aircraft in accordance with Approved Data contained within OEM Maintenance Manuals, requirements of Part 145, Draken Maintenance Organisation Exposition or any other company procedures.

 

The Unlicensed Aircraft Engineer is responsible to Chief Engineer, B1 or B2 Certifying Engineers

Other Key Responsibilities

 

  • Reporting of unserviceability’s to Aircraft, Equipment, and Services identified during the course of their duty.

     

  • Secondary duties allocated to him by the Chief Engineer or their superiors. For example but not limited to, POL, Publications, Tool Inventories etc.

     

  • Ensure that they adhere to the Company’s Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures and safe working practices.

     

  • Actively promote the Draken Safety Management System and Occurrence Scheme through proactive, open and timely reporting. Reporting any incidence or occurrence that may affect flight safety, endanger persons or led to an unsafe condition.

     

  • Cleanliness and tidiness of the work area.

     

  • Compliance with established Tool Control procedures.

     

  • Accomplishing any other duties within their capability as may be reasonably directed or delegated by the Chief Engineer.
