About the Digital Engineering & Architecture Department
The Digital Engineering & Architecture team plays a crucial role in ensuring stable, scalable, and high-performance solutions for Wizz Air’s digital platforms. This includes the continuous improvement of wizzair.com and the Wizz Air mobile app, shaping the future of customer-facing digital experiences, and implementing industry-leading cloud and software development practices.
Your Responsibilities
🚀 Stay Ahead of Trends: Research and analyze industry trends, including cloud solutions, digital tools, and best practices
📌 Engineering Excellence: Help define and implement engineering principles and guidelines across the organization
🛠️ Product Development: Contribute to wizzair.com and mobile app development, supporting organizational setup and small development projects
📊 Performance Metrics: Create and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure website and app development success
🎯 Customized Growth Path: Explore different areas within digital engineering and architecture to match your skills and interests
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Fluent in English
✔️ Currently enrolled at a Hungarian university with active student status until at least summer 2026
✔️ Graduating within two years
✔️ Available to work at least 20 hours per week
✔️ Strong MS Office knowledge
✔️ Previous traineeship experience is a plus
✔️ Passion for technology, software development, and digital solutions
✔️ Analytical and problem-solving mindset
✔️ A team player with a "work hard, play hard" approach
✔️ Ambitious, eager to learn and grow, and looking at Wizz Air as a career opportunity
