Surack Enterprises is conducting a nationwide search for a seasoned aviation executive to serve as Vice President of Aviation, providing strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of fixed-wing and rotorcraft operations in the Midwest.

United by a single guiding principle, always do the right thing, the aviation companies deliver premium charter services, comprehensive flight training, aircraft maintenance, and critical helicopter air ambulance operations serving northern Indiana, northwest Ohio, and southern Michigan.

The Vice President of Aviation will oversee Sweet Aviation and Sweet Helicopters, guiding Part 135 charter operations, air medical services, and fixed-wing/rotor-wing flight training and maintenance activities. This executive will be responsible for setting operational strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and SMS excellence, developing leadership teams, and aligning aviation operations with long-term organizational objectives. The role carries broad authority and influence, with direct impact on safety, performance, culture, and growth.
