Surack Enterprises is conducting a nationwide search for a seasoned aviation executive to serve as Vice President of Aviation, providing strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of fixed-wing and rotorcraft operations in the Midwest.

The Vice President of Aviation will oversee Sweet Aviation and Sweet Helicopters, guiding Part 135 charter operations, air medical services, and fixed-wing/rotor-wing flight training and maintenance activities. This executive will be responsible for setting operational strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and SMS excellence, developing leadership teams, and aligning aviation operations with long-term organizational objectives. The role carries broad authority and influence, with direct impact on safety, performance, culture, and growth.
