Role Summary
* In this role, you will support accounts payable operations for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining compliance with internal and external policies, and assisting with government and corporate accounting procedures. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, support financial reporting, and contribute to smooth daily operations. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have basic experience with Microsoft Office applications.
* Must have familiarity with accounts payable processes.
* Must have the ability to work within government or corporate financial environments (preferred).
* Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Must have the ability to handle repetitive financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Preferred Skills
* You will have experience with Infor-LN or other ERP systems.
* You will have experience with 3-way match processes.
* You will have prior exposure to working in government accounting or finance environments. Job Duties / Functions
* You will be processing invoices and expense reports in compliance with internal policies.
* You will be reconciling accounts payable records and resolving discrepancies.
* You will be assisting with month-end closing and reporting activities as needed.
* You will be supporting auditors and providing documentation for internal and external reviews.
* You will be collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate financial records.
* You will be performing other related duties as assigned.
