What Will You Be Doing?

As a Global Treasury Analyst II in Frontiers Treasury organization, your primary responsibility will be assisting in the day-to-day cash management, payment and forecasting responsibilities of the Treasury department, as well as daily reporting. You will have demonstrated proficiency in processing corporate payments, displayed keen attention to detail, an affinity for self-reliance and personal initiative and have a strong knowledge of internal corporate treasury reporting. You will move from task execution to ownership of larger company initiatives and ad hoc projects, taking on further responsibility with regard to project milestones, deliverables and improvement implementations.

Additionally, you will continue to develop your understanding of Treasurys role in the Company as a whole and focus on expanding your core skillsets, while being introduced to higher level concepts related to risk, forecasting, relationship management, financial covenants, financial reporting, yield management and the payables/receivables ecosystem.

Essential Functions

Global Cash Management and Forecasting:

  • Lead daily global cash positioning, including account funding, payment execution and reconciliation across multiple banking and department specific platforms.
  • Prepare cash forecast summaries and assist in attaining reliable inputs to support operational liquidity planning and inform strategic decision making
  • Monitor In/Outflows and identify anomalies or optimization opportunities in working capital cycles and management.
  • Take charge of daily global cash management duties, including account funding, creation of payments, investing excess cash, and reconciling daily cash positions to the forecast, all in compliance with segregation of duty and company spend policy requirements across multiple currencies
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models related to the companys global cash reporting and forecasting
  • Assist with the execution of FX trades to fund offshore currency accounts in line with forecast outflow and timing expectations

Banking & Treasury Operations:

  • Manage relationships with banking partners, ensuring service quality, KYC compliance, and customer resolution needs.
  • Administer banking and corporate card portals, including user entitlements for new and existing users with an emphasis on control, efficiency and audit compliance, as well as alignment with industry standards.
  • Evaluate treasury systems and recommend enhancements to improve automation, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.
  • Assist with monitoring for signs of fraud behavior, including but not limited to utilizing positive pay systems and generally maintaining a vigilant and skeptical mindsight.
  • Perform callbacks to verify the banking information of new vendors, operating under industry best practices to ensure bad actors are not given opportunities to succeed.

Investment Management:

  • Assist in developing investment strategies for excess cash, balancing yield, risk, and liquidity needs while also being conscious of department and company investment policies.
  • Monitor counterparty creditworthiness and exposure to FX and interest rate volatility.
  • Track investment performance and prepare variance and other analyses for senior leadership as required.
  • Assist in enhancing, drafting and editing the companys investment and treasury policies.

Risk Management:

  • Support identification and mitigation of financial risks, including FX exposure, interest rate sensitivity, and counterparty risk.
  • Monitor creditworthiness of counterparties.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align risk posture with company policy and market conditions.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on cash flow, liquidity, and investment performance for Treasury and Finance leadership.
  • Analyze financial trends and operational data to support decision-making, policy refinement, and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to scenario modeling and stress testing frameworks for treasury planning.
  • Build dashboards and reports for senior treasury leadership.
  • Conduct scenario analysis for interest rate or FX movements.

Other Duties:

  • Support the Treasury team and work autonomously on various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training for junior staff members, including interns and new hires.
  • Develop and nurture inter-departmental relationships to ensure Treasury is kept well-informed on any relevant subjects and up to date with all required information and model inputs.
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A and Legal to ensure alignment across treasury processes and reporting.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging treasury technologies to advise and inform senior leadership of any necessary or suggested improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
  • Assist with audit requests and policy updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required; degree in finance, accounting, or another quantitative field preferred.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or on track preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of graduate work and relevant work experience; minimum 1 year of corporate treasury experience. Aviation experience preferred
  • Experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Prior corporate treasury or banking experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced understanding of Excel and modeling
  • Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Advanced understanding of economic, financial, forecasting and accounting concepts.
  • Ability to work autonomously on projects with limited information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to suggest and demonstrate process improvements.
  • Understanding of Corporate Banking Platforms and Products
  • Desire to take ownership of treasury processes.
  • Keen attention to detail
