Description:This position will support production and development contracts in the rapidly expanding Advanced Threat Warning Systems (ATWS) program area. This role will specifically serve as the lead finance analyst position for the TacIRST product within ATWS. The ATWS program area is expected to bring significant growth to the S&GS LoB and as such this will be a high visibility position that will require the ability to respond and present to executive leadership. The selected candidate for this role will need to be able to work in a dynamic environment, bridging the gap between development efforts and low-rate initial production. Additionally, the following technical assignments will be expected for this role:
- Prepare the OS&P monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and provide deliverables to OS&P program lead for assigned TacIRST portfolio
- Support development and maintenance of the Long-Range Plan (LRP)
- Establish and monitor program budgets, track, and reconcile costs, track program funding requirements, conduct cost analysis, and develop variance explanations with recommendations for corrective actions
- Prepare quarterly estimates at complete (EACs)
- Create quarterly CSR charts and present to leadership
- Assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking expenditures, highlight issues/concerns/trends to the program team, and ensure that program financial commitments are met
- Interact with a variety of the ATWS program and financial management personnel and ensure conformance with company processes and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
-Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business related degree
-Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel
-Ability to train and develop a small team of junior level analysts
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
