Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Finance Specialist SAP - Financial Accounting (f/m) to join our Finance Transformation Department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions:
You will join the Finance Transformation & Systems team at Airbus Helicopters, working in an international, multicultural environment connected with the global Airbus Finance network.
Design and maintain SAP FI processes within the new S/4 HANA program, ensuring cutting-edge practices and alignment with Airbus Group Finance strategy.
Act as FI subject matter expert across projects and workstreams, delivering automated, reliable, state-of-the-art SAP solutions.
Manage the full project life cycle, from concept definition to entry into service.
Contribute to and/or lead multifunctional project teams (Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IM).
Drive change management within the Finance community.
Support business partners during test execution and validation phases. • Collaborate with IM on solution design and validation.
Ensure continuous stability, reliability, quality, and performance of Airbus Finance Systems.
Anticipate system evolutions, propose enhancements, and secure long-term scalability.
Work closely with Finance business representatives to align solutions with operational needs.
Actively support initiatives linked to Governance, Risk, and Compliance. • Be available to travel as required by business needs.
Your profile
A degree in finance or a related field
Min 5 years of professional experience inclusive project management on Finance Systems / SAP ERP / SAP BI and Transformation projects
Experience on Full cycle SAP FInance Projects
Technical expertise :tools, frameworks, regulations
A solid finance and technical background, with project management experience and passion for systems / new technologies
Detailed understanding of Business Processes in Finance - specifically the Financial Accounting modules General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset and Bank Accounting)
Further skills in Cost-Accounting and Controlling, Procure to Pay, Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing and Logistics and its integration impacts in an integrated system
Negotiation skills and Stakeholders management from an operational to “Top management” level
Passion for teamwork and collaboration spirit in an international context
Curiosity, promote new ideas, new ways of working and strong communication skills
Languages: Negotiation level of English, Basic level of German, French would be a plus
