Job Summary:
you are a trained accountant and will perform accounting operations (general, AP, AR) and treasury management of Raytheon Systems France. You will ensure reliability of financial data and reporting, perform fiscal and social declaration to the French authorities and meet internal and external accounting milestones.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will monitor and analyze financial results to make recommendations and consolidate strategic orientations. Your role is to maintain the companys financial health on a daily base and in compliance with both French regulations and RTX policies.

The position is in continuous interaction with the US-based finance team for financial consolidation and controllership, and as such you will be the entity’s representative related to financial information.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Carry out all accounting operations (general, customers and suppliers) as well as cash management for Raytheon Systems France.
• Coordinate with the statutory auditors and legal counsel to prepare and file the annual statutory audit,
• Monthly financial data and reconciliations to the US -based Finance team of the business unit
• Analyzes financial results along the yearly schedules and programs timeline
• Present the entitys financial statements, budget projections and earnings forecasts, and actively participate in monthly reporting and other compliance and controllership teamwork.
• Comply with the RTX processes and operate monitoring tools in line with RTX policies
• Monitor all supplier contracts: document tracking, deliverables, payments, relationship with Suppliers,
• Compile and verify variable payroll elements with the external service provider.
• Participate in, propose and implement recommendations to improve profit forecasts or correct accounting discrepancies.
• Interfacing with US based finance team

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with an accounting software or ERP.
• Bilingual language skills in French and English language
