Description:You will be the Financial Analyst for the LTIAMD Development Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team. Our team is responsible for delivering rigorous program finance, earned‑value management, and financial planning & analysis support to the Program Finance Managers, Business Operations Sr. Manager (BMIT), and Program Management team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Analyst you will be responsible for implementing day‑to‑day program finance activities, managing earned‑value reporting, and providing precise financial forecasts that drive informed decision‑making.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Implementing program finance processes from proposal through contract execution and closeout, ensuring financial performance aligns with contractual obligations.
- Executing earned‑value management and reporting (IPMR, IPMDAR, PCR, CFSR, CSDR) to track cost and schedule performance.
- Producing monthly, quarterly, and semi‑annual forecasts of Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash, and supporting long‑range financial planning.
- Preparing and presenting earned‑value and financial performance data to F&BO and program teams, and communicating results to leadership.
- Supporting ad‑hoc financial analysis requests and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to address financial issues and trends.

Basic Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
- Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
