  • Assister lu00E9quipe du2019analystes financiers dans plusieurs domaines tels que lu2019ensemble des u00E9tapes de la clu00F4ture mensuelle et la pru00E9paration de divers rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels.
  • Travailler en u00E9troite collaboration avec les filiales.
  • Vu00E9rifier et analyser les chiffres mensuels.
  • Travailler en u00E9troite collaboration avec la haute direction.
  • Participer aux processus annuels du00E9tablissement des budgets et des pru00E9visions.
  • Participer u00E0 diffu00E9rents projets spu00E9ciaux et u00E0 des analyses ponctuelles.

Qualifications

  • Diplu00F4me universitaire en comptabilitu00E9 ou en finances.
  • Accru00E9ditation reconnue en comptabilitu00E9 (CMA, CA, CGA).
  • Un minimum de 4u00E06ans du2019expu00E9rience professionnelle dans le domaine de lanalyse financiu00E8re (responsabilitu00E9 en matiu00E8re dinformation financiu00E8re ou danalyse du rendement financier).
  • Capable de travailler sur des projets de maniu00E8re autonome.
  • Expu00E9rience en matiu00E8re de consolidation.
  • Esprit cru00E9atif, capacitu00E9 de proposer des idu00E9es innovantes.
  • Bonnes aptitudes analytiques et techniques.
  • Solides compu00E9tences relationnelles avec une capacitu00E9 manifeste u00E0 communiquer des idu00E9es et des actions aux salariu00E9s de lentreprise u00E0 tous les niveaux de celle-ci.

The role we are offering you:

The Finance Analyst II owns and analyzes financial statements while working closely with the business and Finance leadership to ensure accuracy. This position owns and distributes regular reporting to the business and Finance. This role implements best practices, streamlines processes and enables efficient workflow to ensure timely reporting. Are you ready to:

  • Assist the financial analysts team in several areas (all steps of monthly closing, preparation of various monthly and quarterly financial reports, etc.)
  • Work closely with the subsidiaries.
  • Verify and analyze monthly figures.
  • Work closely with senior management.
  • Participate in the annual budget and forecasting processes.
  • Participate in different special projects and ad hoc analyses.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • University degree in accounting or finance.
  • Recognized accounting certification (CMA, CA, CGA).
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of previous financial analyst responsibilities, such as financial reporting and analyzing financial performance.
  • Capable of working on projects with little guidance.
  • Consolidation experience.
  • Creative mind/able to think outside of the box.
  • Good analytical and technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to people at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise and Oracle systems, an asset.
  • Fluency in English
