Position Summary

Manage forecasting, planning, and other reporting activities to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.

To be successful with this position, individual should be a team player holding accountability, analytical skills, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency. In addition, s/he should demonstrate ability to exercise good judgment, problem solving skill, ownership, and be motivated to perform the best of abilities. Organizational skills and high ethical standards are highly expected. 

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the BU’s performance and identify issues in a timely manner

• Complete weekly forecasting with accuracy and punctuality coordinating with stakeholders

• Prepare the reports to MSG and APG correctly and timely with deep analysis

• Analyze P/L, B/S and Scorecard indexes cooperating with responsible department

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as per MSG/APG guidance

• Establish Plan as per the guideline with accuracy and accountability

• Monitor cash flow standing and advice improvement plan

• Control MROS and achieve the targets provided by Groups

• Lead/develop team members to optimize team performance 

• Promote to automate working process cooperating with IT 

   

Qualifications

• Good understanding of manufacturing operations

• English proficiency and native level Japanese 

• Flexible, proactive, hands-on, and can-do-attitude

• Keen to details, analytical minded, process-oriented, and balancing priorities

• Great communication skills, and proficient in Microsoft office in particular Excel and Powerpoint
