- Month-End Journal Entries
- Financial Statements/Month-end Reporting
- Calculate Vendor Royalties
- Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- Sales Tax Collection and Payment
- Use Tax filings
- CERS Program Training
- Annual Section 125 Documentation
- ADP Payroll including Commission calculation, 401K and 401K loan filing
- Year-End 5500 Filing
- Prepare and file Property Taxes
- Employee on-boarding and termination
- Upkeep on Employee Handbook
- Auditing employee timecards, documenting lunch period violations
- Benefit Renewals
- Group Medical/Vision
- Group Dental
