Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Multi-Functional Financial
Analyst for a position in Grand Prairie, TX.
Duties include:
-Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and
schedules on contracts that may require validated cost schedule
control system
-Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government
cost control guidelines
-Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs
and/or assists in financial analysis such as funding profiles, sales
and profit outlook, and variance analysis
-Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and
statement of work are captured and scheduled
-Performs risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost
and scheduling risks
-Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate
records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree
-Financial experience in EVMS, Financial Analysis, Budget
Management, Contract Status Reviews (CSR), Estimating,
Forecasting (Orders / Sales / Profit / Cash)
-Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
Desired Skills:
Six (6) or more years of related experience with a bachelors degree
or four (4) or more years with a Masters degree
-Excellence communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers -Strategic and analytical thinker able to transfer vision into tactical objectives
-Requires a high degree of motivation and proactive approach to
decision making
-Strong leadership, teaming, organization, communication,
interpersonal, and coaching skills
-Understanding of Government Contracting, IPMRs, CPRs
-Experience leading the development of the Long Range Plan
-Experience in the development of the quarterly CSR
-Proven track record of streamlining process and tool development -EFS (Electronic Financial System) tool experience
-Access experience
-SAP knowledge

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
