Description:Staff level Financial Mgmt position for the Air Dominance program. Financial Planning and Analysis lead on this high-visibility and fast-paced program. The program is transitioning from development to production, and this position will be a critical part of that transition. This person will be responsible for LRP strategy, planning, analysis, and compilation. This position will work hand-in-hand with central FP&A organization and closely with Air Dominance BisOps Director and Sr Mgr in establishing and maintaining program financial plan. This role is also integral in the quarterly CSR process and ensuring accurate consolidation and reporting of it. Multiple programmatic pursuits are underway and require significant strategic financial planning. On-going interaction with Directors and Vice Presidents through communication and review of LRP, CSR, and monthly financial positions.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
