A challenging career opportunity exists for someone to join the Headquarters Financial Systems team as Financial Systems Analyst. We are seeking a high energy financial systems analyst who will provide guidance and expertise in managing on-going support for our Financial Consolidation, Reporting, & Planning System (Oracle EPM). The desired candidate would have demonstrable System Administration experience in providing support for centralized consolidations and planning systems. Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise related to system consolidations and process improvements.
  • Ensure best practices related to our EPM system are established in supporting necessary business rules.
  • Collaborate with financial systems team members & management to ensure alignment.
  • Build and improve reporting aligning to business needs using input templates via forms and SmartView.
  • Analyze, design, and establish new Narrative Reports and system improvements.
  • Assist divisional users with the Data Integration maintenance and enhancements to data mapping files.
  • Maintain metadata, variables, workflows, process management and rules within Oracle EPM as business requirements change.
  • Conduct setup and provide support for end user security.
  • Provide support for month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Create documentation for standard work processes.
  • Engage in and support any new modules or technologies added to Financial Systems, including training new users, creating training materials and facilitating training sessions.
  • Provide support to FP&A group for forecasting and budgeting modules in Planning.
  • Collaborate with IT technical support to ensure system performance is maximized.
  • Work closely with Corporate Accounting team, IT, FP&A, and Field Finance on financial systems initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot Oracle EPM system issues.
  • Review monthly Oracle upgrades and develop test and integration process.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years supporting/managing Enterprise Performance Management and/or Consolidation Systems; Oracle EPM or HFM is highly desired, but not required.· Familiarity with G/L Accounting and ERP systems and data mapping/integration.· Strong computer and analytical skills with ability to provide technical solutions related to financial applications.· Expert in Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas and functions, pivots, charts, filtering, and building macros in addition to expanded usage of Word and PowerPoint.· Knowledge of MS SQL, Essbase, VBA scripting, SharePoint, database applications, and data integrations using ETL tools a plus.· Understands the fundamentals of financial statements, financial reporting, and consolidations.· Highest degree of integrity and ethical behavior is essential.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and training skills.· Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks working independently or within a team; strong project management skills are key.Education Requirements:
  • BS in Information Systems, Business, or Accounting required
