Description:Early-career Financial Analyst supporting the Applied Research area. The area is unique due to the smaller size of contracts and provides valuable exposure to all aspects of cost control responsibilities and exposure to upper levels of management within our area of business. Support interdivisional work transfers. Manage financial performance of various R&D contracts from contract award through closeout. Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly financial status reports. Prepare contract budgets and EACs. Monitor and analyze contract funding status and perform any required performance variance analysis. Coordinate with Contracts employees to facilitate contract awards and ensure necessary contract mods are executed. Coordinate with Accounting department to set up new contracts in the system, open/close account numbers, ensure invoicing, monitor collections and close out completed contracts.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors in Finance, Business, or related discipline
Ability to obtain Secret clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
