Job Description Summary
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Level 3 or Level 4 Procurement Agent (Supplier Operations and Performance) to join the AM&S Parts and Sub-Assemblies Team (Secondary Structures) in Auburn, Washington.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing supply chain team with direct supplier management. This role will have direct impact on how supply chain can support the production system by mitigating risks, managing recoveries, taking the lead in problem solving and communication. This position requires Procurement Agents to integrate and partner with BCA Supply Chain Contracts, Sourcing, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication and Program teams.
Position Summary:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Supply Chain Operations.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work effectively with business partners as part of an integrated team.
- The candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with suppliers.
- They will excel in negotiation, problem solving, and strategic decision making to support supply chain and production goals.
- The candidate should have expertise in process management and measurement, deep knowledge of production and procurement processes, and the ability to streamline workflows while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in leading or managing cross-functional projects
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory support environment
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis
- 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Processes
- Must be able to travel Domestic up to 25.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
7+ years of experience working with customer approved finish processing houses
7+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management Analysis, Materials Management Analysis, or Demand Planning
7+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
7+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, and vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 3: 94,900 - $128,000
Level 4: $118,800 - $160,500
