EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Technical and analytical business skills as typically evidenced by completion of a bachelor’s degree (business or marketing) or commensurate experience. Strong oral and written communication and customer support skills. Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Adobe Acrobat including the ability to learn new software is required.
