Our team is looking to hire a Pricing Analyst II to assist the Revenue Management Department. You will report to the Pricing Supervisor and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.
An ideal candidate for the Pricing Analyst opening, will have the following:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field of study.
- Minimum 2-3 years of pricing, financial analysis, revenue management, or related experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and build actionable pricing models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and data modeling), with experience in Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
- Knowledge of government pricing regulations and contracting vehicles (e.g., FAR, TINA, FFP, IDIQs) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with estimating bill of materials (BOM) for cost and price buildup.
As a Pricing Analyst, you will:
- Lead comprehensive pricing assessments, including margin optimization, cost modeling, spanet benchspaning, segmentation analysis, and competitive pricing strategy development.
- Take ownership of complex pricing opportunities across multi-year and high-value OEM and government contracts, ensuring alignment to business profitability goals (FAR 15, FAR 12, FFP, IDIQ, etc.)
- Provide insight and recommendations on pricing strategy that influence leadership decisions, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to ensure pricing outcomes support full lifecycle business objectives.
- Analyze pricing trends, profit margins, open spanet availability and spanet needs to establish profitable fair spanet price for products
- Mentor junior pricing analysts and contribute to team process and capability improvements.
