Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Procurement Agent to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
The Procurement Agent will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to quickly and effectively address facilities and construction needs for a US Government customer. Work closely with internal departments to identify recurring service requirements and define clear specifications of those needs. Work will be taking place on a US Government facility, requiring a security clearance.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Boeing technical experts and world class suppliers to meet unique mission challenges through innovative solutions that improve the resiliency and efficiency of critical USG infrastructures.

- Improve your ERP skills with an industry leading business software platform (SAP S/4 HANA)
- Vendor Sourcing: Conducting thorough spanet research to identify the best service providers and stay current with industry developments. Strong ability to assess procurement data, spanet trends, and vendor performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Contract Negotiation & Contract Management: Develop and negotiate contract terms with vendors, including pricing structure, service level agreements (SLAs), renewal options, and termination clauses for recurring services. Monitor ongoing service delivery against contract terms, ensuring compliance with SLAs and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Regularly assess vendor performance against contract metrics, providing feedback and addressing performance gaps.
- Delivery Management: Ensure timely delivery of services and products are delivered with applicable technical point of contact onsite. Ensure that invoices are processed with finance in alignment with appropriate payment terms.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze recurring service spending to identify potential cost-saving opportunities through renegotiation, vendor consolidation, or exploring alternative service providers.
- Renewal Process: Manage the renewal process for recurring service contracts, including Request for Proposal through Price Negotiations and contract updates as needed.
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience in Vendor Management
- 2+ years’ experience in Contract Management
- Experience in Contract Negotiation
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills
- Procurement lifecycle knowledge (sourcing, negotiation, contract management)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 4+ years’ experience in Contract Management
- 3+ years’ experience with Recurring Services
- Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams.
- Technology Proficiency in Experience SAP and Excel
- Skilled in analytical and problem-solving
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor management
- Experience in maintaining digital files

Summary pay range Associate: $64,600 - $87,400
Summary pay range Mid-Level: $79,900 - $108,100
