Responsibilities:
Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles to coordinate a globally dispersed supplier base.
Track and manage seat production schedules, including installation, certification, and customer milestones.
Create and maintain purchase orders in SAP/ERP; ensure adherence to procurement requirements.
Report regularly on key performance metrics to program and functional leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, manage, and resolve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Gather, analyze, and publish data to support organizational performance tracking.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Support on-call responsibilities, including weekends and after-hours coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination (e.g., Master’s + 1 year, or 7 years work experience).
1+ years of experience with any ERP system (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
1+ years of experience in Operations, Materials Management, or Supply Chain within a production environment.
Availability for on-call shifts (weekends/after-hours).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience interfacing with leadership levels across functions.
Experience working directly with suppliers in a production or supply chain role.
Experience driving or supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions with incomplete information and drive tasks to resolution.
