Responsibilities:
Coordinate supply chain activities across a globally distributed supplier base using standard Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices.
Track and manage production schedules (seat installation, certification, customer deliverables) to align with aircraft program timelines.
Issue and manage purchase orders using SAP or other ERP systems; ensure compliance with purchase order (PO) requirements.
Monitor and report supply chain metrics to leadership within the Seats and Airplane Program teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collect, analyze, and publish performance reports for internal organizational tracking.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Provide on-call support, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
1+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
1+ years of experience in Operations, Materials Management, or Supply Chain within a production or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of supply chain or operations experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Experience working directly with suppliers and cross-level leadership.
Exposure to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions with limited data and drive solutions independently.
