Supply Chain Specialist

$34.00-$41.70/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supply chain activities across a globally distributed supplier base using standard Supply Chain Management (SCM) practices.

• Track and manage production schedules (seat installation, certification, customer deliverables) to align with aircraft program timelines.

• Issue and manage purchase orders using SAP or other ERP systems; ensure compliance with purchase order (PO) requirements.

• Monitor and report supply chain metrics to leadership within the Seats and Airplane Program teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Collect, analyze, and publish performance reports for internal organizational tracking.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Provide on-call support, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 1+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

• 1+ years of experience in Operations, Materials Management, or Supply Chain within a production or manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supply chain or operations experience, or equivalent education and experience.

• Experience working directly with suppliers and cross-level leadership.

• Exposure to continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to make decisions with limited data and drive solutions independently.
