$34.00-$41.70/Hour

Responsibilities:
Drive supplier performance and procurement execution by managing supply-demand alignment and supporting contract development and execution.
Continuously analyze supply and demand data to ensure procurement and sourcing efficiency.
Prepare and manage proprietary information agreements to protect sensitive data.
Support the execution of sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and documentation processes.
Communicate supplier performance metrics and expectations to ensure accountability and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree and typically 3 or more years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 7 years relevant experience) will be considered.
Clearance/Screening: Must pass a credit check.
Experience: Background in Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
Understanding of cradle-to-grave procurement processes under U.S. Government contracting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level or higher).
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting industries.
