We are looking for a Procurement Professional to join our Project Procurement Team, supporting high-profile defence projects. This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic, collaborative environment where your skills will directly contribute to the delivery of critical equipment for the UK and beyond.

As a Procurement Professional, you’ll play a key role in delivering our procurement strategy – from sourcing to contract execution – ensuring we meet project needs while maintaining our high standards in safety, ethics, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing processes in line with category strategies, project requirements, and production volumes.

• Manage procurement requirements throughout the full business lifecycle, using SAP (training provided).

• Deliver excellent internal customer service by optimising functional and supplier performance.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and the highest ethical standards.

• Partner with key suppliers to develop long-term relationships and strategic opportunities.

• Support supplier management processes, from tendering to order placement and invoice clearance.

• Ensure Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) principles remain central to all procurement activities.

• Draft and execute legally binding documents (e.g., NDAs, Terms & Conditions) – training provided.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of procurement’s role in delivering production requirements.

• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to resolve conflicting priorities.

• Experience managing multiple supplier order books and delivering to tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in tendering, expediting, and order management.

• Motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.

• Willingness to learn and adapt, with SAP training provided.
