We are looking for a Procurement Professional to join our Project Procurement Team, supporting high-profile defence projects. This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic, collaborative environment where your skills will directly contribute to the delivery of critical equipment for the UK and beyond.
The Role
As a Procurement Professional, you’ll play a key role in delivering our procurement strategy – from sourcing to contract execution – ensuring we meet project needs while maintaining our high standards in safety, ethics, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute sourcing processes in line with category strategies, project requirements, and production volumes.

Manage procurement requirements throughout the full business lifecycle, using SAP (training provided).

Deliver excellent internal customer service by optimising functional and supplier performance.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and the highest ethical standards.

Partner with key suppliers to develop long-term relationships and strategic opportunities.

Support supplier management processes, from tendering to order placement and invoice clearance.

Ensure Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) principles remain central to all procurement activities.

Draft and execute legally binding documents (e.g., NDAs, Terms & Conditions) – training provided.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Understanding of procurement’s role in delivering production requirements.

Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to resolve conflicting priorities.

Experience managing multiple supplier order books and delivering to tight deadlines.

Proficiency in tendering, expediting, and order management.

Motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Willingness to learn and adapt, with SAP training provided.
