The S-70 Programs Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) staff is primarily responsible for forecasting, planning & analysis, and execution of all financial deliverables for the International Blackhawk contracts. The individual will participate in the Quarterly/Annual EAC (CSR) process, as well as the monthly Program Performance Management process and financial reporting metrics. Tasks include overall support of program reporting requirements, monitoring of budget/cost performance, and assisting the AAFS (Army & Air Force Systems) market segment in achieving key financial objectives and goals. This position provides excellent exposure to complex accounting and contracting issues in a high-visibility environment, while also providing an opportunity to partner with multiple functions across the organization.
• Provide analytical support and guidance to the Program Management team, while also working closely with various Sikorsky finance organizations including AAFS, Core FP&A, and Controllers
• Develop and support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) / CSR reporting process including identification and tracking of financial risks and opportunities
• Develop and provide key financial reports to Program Managers and their assigned Control Account Managers (CAMs)
• Support and lead the Earned Value Management process thru the monthly business rhythm, including Programs Day, EVMS reviews, and EPRS submissions
• Support and lead the Risks & Opportunities process, including ROADS database and forecasting of program Management Reserve
• Provide input and analytical support to the Month-end Close and Monthly Outlook processes
• Assist with preparation and supervision of monthly financial commitments
• Support internal customers in with various ad hoc data requests and analyses
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, and Cobra are a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
