In your role, you will
- Prepare BIS requirements documents, translate business needs into, ensure completeness of system requirements in alignment with BBD strategy, securing high quality standard
- Prepare SAP knowledge documentation, contribute to roadmaps and troubleshooting documents
- Prepare the definition and adherence of business case of new solutions and services
- Prepare the Definition and monitoring of KPIs measuring the business impact
- Prepare integration of BIS services across functions supported by BIS Applications and BIS Infrastructure
- Prepare functional designs to improve or develop standard BIS solutions and services
- Lead and Manage Day to Day Operations Issues with Supplier and Business
- Do validations and evaluations of BIS standard architecture & solutions against requirement
- Do “big picture” thinking, develop an end to end understanding of business and BIS demand, vision and best practices
- Do standardization, integration and foster innovation promotion
- Do translate of business needs into BIS requirements, ensure completeness of system requirements in alignment with BBD strategy, securing high quality standard
- Plan to represent the interface to the BBD divisions into BIS for the respective solution and service
- Plan to establish technology innovation, assessment, and adoption framework in strong partnership across solution experts to deliver cyber-hardened/user-centric operating experience and design thinking
As our ideal candidate
- You hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or comparable qualification
- You have a minimum 7-10 years of experience
- You have working experience in the field of Architecture, Applications or Business / IT Consulting in the field of Finance (Credit, Account Receivable, Planning, Budget & Forecast, Taxation, Product Cost Controlling)
- You have profound expertise in the area of Finance processes in a complex project environment
- You have experience in managing change and end user adoption. It is key for this position to fully understand the Finance processes in detail in order to be able to build solution that can bring business value while deploying standard application solution. This is through this role that the definition of standards will be achieved. This job is requesting a permanent assessment of the business processes against the BIS solution and with the market standard solution.

- You have the ability to address and discuss solutions with a wide range of profiles including management
- You have highly structured and organization skills
- You have very strong analytical skills
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You have excellent influential and relationship management skills
- You have experience in working in manufacturing industry is beneficial
- You have the ability to speak and write fluent business English. Proficiency in French is an asset
- You have some understanding of programming languages - SQL , Python, Java, C++
- You have some understanding any Cloud environment, network ,firewalls , SSO, SiteMinder
- You have some exposure to SAP4HANA, as well as IT/ ERP project delivery (full project lifecycle experience) in Manufacturing Industry
