As a Senior Controller, you will play a key role in steering the financial performance of the company. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analyses, and supporting the preparation of statutory and group financial statements.
This position combines operational controlling tasks with strategic analysis and offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of our financial processes. Please note this is a 2-year interim contract.

What you will do
Independent contribution to ensuring timely completion of budgets and forecasts
Participation in the preparation of audit‑ready financial statements in accordance with HGB and US GAAP.
Execution of cost calculations, post‑calculations, and profitability analyses in line with corporate requirements.
Contribution to SOX audits and other internal or external reviews
Active involvement in cross‑functional projects, such as process optimization, digitalization, or ERP enhancements.
Preparation of clearly defined ad‑hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
What you will learn
Experience & Skills
Professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international corporate environment.
Solid knowledge of HGB and US GAAP.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
Confident handling of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Strong Excel skills: experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes is desirable.
Fluent in German and English is a must
Current eligibility to work in Germany
Certifications
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
