The Boeing Company is seeking a contract focused Senior Finance Systems Analyst (Contracts Management) to support the government Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system transition, in one of the following locations – Mesa, AZ; Hazelwood, MO; or Renton, WA location.
This role will partner closely with IT, Contracts, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate current processes, translate Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) specific requirements into CLM functionality (including reporting), support testing and acceptance, and enable organizational adoption through training and change impact activities.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports the configuration, implementation, and adoption of the Government CLM solution (SAP-enabled where applicable)
Provides subject matter expert (SME) walkthroughs of current (BDS) Delivery Management business process flows and BDS contract close-out processes; document and map to target CLM functionality
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams (IT, Contracts, Finance, Delivery, Program Management) to gather and validate BDS-specific requirements, including reporting needs
Identifies and documents change impacts resulting from CLM adoption and develops associated training materials, job aids, and knowledge transfer sessions to support end‑user adoption
Supports data and reporting validation to ensure contract close-out and delivery management metrics are accurate and actionable in the CLM
Provides hands-on support during cutover and post‑implementation stabilization, addressing issues and refining processes as needed
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation across contract lifecycle activities to improve efficiency and compliance
Travels up to 5 as needed to engage with remote stakeholders and end users
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
3+ years of experience in contract management
Experience with documenting and communicating business processes and analytical results
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in contract management
Hands-on experience with SAP-enabled CLM solutions, Common Contracts System (CCS) modules, or enterprise contract lifecycle management platforms
Experience with financial interfaces or reporting tied to contract close-outs and delivery management
Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver end-user training for system transitions
Experience with reporting requirements, tied to contract close-outs and delivery performance
Experience functioning in large cross-functional transformation or ERP implementation projects
Experience in BDS Delivery Management processes and contract close-out procedures within a large aerospace/defense environment
Self-starter, proactive, and able to work effectively with minimal oversight
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across teams and facilitate stakeholder alignment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Arizona/Missouri: $119,850 – 165,150
Summary pay range for Washington: $128,350 - $173,650
