Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement
- Support pre-project consulting and capture business direction, challenges, and requirements
- Recommend ideas to improve business performance
Technology Design and Implementation
- Create technical documentation and train end-users on SAP solutions
- Collaborate with SAP experts, manage vendors, and ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions
Project Delivery
- Manage small to medium initiatives
- Plan, execute, test solutions, and facilitate project progress
- Oversee the software development team and external parties
People Management
- Plan team resources and manage external parties
- Implement Agile solutions, manage Solution Analysts, and coach them
Requirements
- Bachelor’s (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 10 years of SAP Basis & Infrastructure management, including but not limited to S4 HANA, BW, BO, SAP PI/PO, Ariba, IRPA, SAC etc. systems, in designing, developing, and implementing solutions
- Proven experience with SAP Implementation & Upgrade
- Strong knowledge required on SAP Basis admin, Security, OS, Database administration & overall Infrastructure for S4 HANA, BW, BO, SAP PI/PO, Ariba, IRPA, SAC etc. systems
- Should have working experience on Solution Manager setup & CHARM configuration
- Cloud Infrastructure knowledge (especially Azure) is essential
- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
- Good knowledge of various OS & DB administration
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Process analysis and optimization techniques
